Scope of Work - Training Program:
- Offline training for ITI officers and staff.
- Duration: 10 days per batch, 8 hours/day.
- Focus areas include:
- Emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Industry 4.0)
- Institutional branding and strategic decision-making.
- Total Trainees: 225 (3 batches of 75 each).
- Training Kit and Logistics:
- Items include folders, pens, curriculum copies, and certificates.
- Lodging and food arrangements for trainees, including meals and refreshments.
- Trainers’ Qualification:
- M.Tech/Ph.D./MBA or subject specialists with 8+ years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria - Minimum turnover: ₹20 lakhs in each of the last two financial years.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar vocational training services.
- ISO certification for professional training.
- Notarized affidavit for non-blacklisting.
- FSSAI license and collaboration for catering services.
Bidder Requirements - Upload relevant documents such as GST registration, PAN, past work orders, and financial statements.
- Submit a work plan, video links of past training programs, and sample training kits.
Terms and Conditions - Incomplete bids or those without EMD will not be considered.
- The Director reserves the right to reject bids without assigning reasons.
- Financial quotes must include all training expenditures.
Payment Terms - Payment upon submission of completion letter, attendee records, and invoices.
